Tips on making an AMV?
Question by Auri: Tips on making an AMV?
Alright, so recently I’ve gotten very interested in making an AMV, and have started collecting anime episodes, and music. I’ve only made something which resembled a video once, and it was a whole bunch of still pictures of my family set in rythm with the music. I’d like to use actual videos now ^.^
Any tips on making an AMV with Windows Movie Maker? What files does it support? How do you cut videos in an easy way? Maybe there’s another (free->dirt cheap) movie maker I should use, which will be better for me? Anything ^_^

i once tried WMM but i wanted more effects, transitions and Picture in Picture… so i downloaded Corel Video Studio it has cool effects and may be a little complicated but it can seriously make a good amv or Cyberlink PowerDirector which i used for editing a video once, great editor… the sad thing about the two is you need a good processor and big memory so that it will ran smoothly otherwise it will crash or hang/slow down
WMM is also good but it’s a bit simple for me… but there AMVs that were made using WMM and there still pretty cool… it’s really up to you
