Question by artsy girl: URGENT: Know of any free online software to overlay a video with a video?
I need to overlay a video with another video, but the only video editing program I have right now is Windows Movie Maker (sometimes PPT works too, but not in this case). I need to be able to make the top layer video transparent (I know how to do this with images in Photoshop, but I don’t know how with videos). Do you know of any free software I can use online or download in order to prep videos for overlaying and then overlay a video with a video?
Note: I don’t do coding, so please no add-ins that require coding/programming.

TrakAxPC looks really AWESOME, but according to their forum users won’t aren’t able to add overlays, frames, gradients until the new version is released. I wonder when that will be? Maybe I can find out. . .

Download Sony Vegas if you have a PC or Adobe Premiere if you have a Mac. Then, there should be a bar across one clip (it’ll look like a yellow line. Drag that down to 50%) put a video on top of that onto video track 2 and do the same process and then voilà, you have an overlaid image!
