Vegito or Gogeta? Who wins?

Alright, I’ve seen this question far too many times on YAHOO! answers and other forum sites. Alot of people say Vegito is the strongest and alot of people say Gogeta is the strongest. Well when it comes down to it we have to look at the facts. Here they are:
1. Vegito is formed from Vegeta and Goku. Gogeta is formed from Goku and Vegeta. Therefore we can say that Vegito and and Gogeta are formed from the same people and with that being said have the same amount of power… almost. When Vegeta and Goku form Vegito they are fighting Majin Buu. Vegeta could only get to SSJ2 at the time and Goku had just reached SSJ3. When Goku and Vegeta form Gogeta they are fighting Janemba (who is a stronger opponent than Majin Buu) and Movie 12 takes place after the Buu Saga. So we can assume that Goku and Vegeta were stronger when they formed Gogeta making him stronger. Now if they were the same power levels when they formed Vegito and Gogeta they would be the same, but that’s just not true and brings me to my second point
2. When we first meet the Supreme Kai and his Fusion Earrings we are led to believe that with these earring you achieve the ultimate power by fusion, but when we learn of the fusion dance things change. Akira Toriyama (the creator of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and Dragonball GT) made it pretty clear that the fusion dance has more power than the Fusion Earrings because in the story line it goes that anyone can use the earrings but only some people can do the dance you have to be in complete harmony with the other person for the dance to work other it doesnt as we all saw when Vegeta and Goku formed Veku. Plus the reason why the fusion dance lasts for only 30 minutes is because the power it creates is far too great to have and the bodies cant take it, it’s too much stress on the two sperate bodies.
Therefore I can come to the conclusion that Gogeta will beat Vegito within 30 mins. Now if Vegito goes to SSJ2, 3, or 4 then Gogeta will most likely have to match the power, but in the end I have to go with Gogeta. Hand down.
If you want to dispute you can try but I have a pretty solid argument.
