Video Editing Software for me?

I need some help on choosing which Video editing software will suit me the most. This is my view:

-I’m an Intermediate (semi-pro) video editor and am quite knowledgeable.

-I don’t want a free software like windows movie maker.

-I want a Software that can output my movies in HD (high-def) and up scale them so they’re great quality.

-I don’t mind if its got a simple interface like PowerDirector but nothing retardadly difficult plz.

-Money isnt an issue, but nothing over £150 or so.

The main thing i care about is if it Outputs in HD and maybe upscales them. I have an HD camera but when i ‘make movie’ with Pinnacle 12 Ultimate my videos look crap even in the best output, they seem like the resolution has been decreased.

Good luck with them they will take you a year to learn them download trial.
