hello everyone im starting to get into video making and what not and i love anime so if you are a quick thinker then your assuming amv’s from animes yes you are correct im going to be using windows movie maker to make it but what im a tad bit confused about is how would i get the anime pieces that i want to use in is their a program to capture them or something or what im a tad bit confused and i thank you on the answers that you will give me

You probably have to download the movie or anime then import it into the film editor you have. Then just slice and dice wherever you choose.
