Video Making Software?

Question by CrunK: Video Making Software?
I need video making software that can help me do the following:

* I need to overlay pictures over video

If you need to know what im talking about, JibJab ecards is kinda what im talking about. Like putting pictures on top of a video. And please dont post links to MANY software and make me find the program that does this for me. Or tell me windows movie maker does this and post a link of all the tuts for windows movie maker. If your going to give me a tut then direct me to the right one pl0x

Windows Movie maker won’t do it, you need either Adobe Premier Pro, Pinnacle Studio or Sony Director.

I use Final Cut Express on Mac.
