Wax freeware?

Question by Kat: Wax freeware?
I went to a conference the other day and they mentioned a movie editing program called Wax which can be downloaded for free…?
I have been trying to look and I can’t find it – the only things I find are distinctly NOT film-making related… well they are but not the aspect of film-making that I am interested in.
Can you help?
