We bought a new digital Camera but cannot get the video to play?
Question by John: We bought a new digital Camera but cannot get the video to play?
So we bought a Kodak Vi6 digital pocket camera and toke some test videos. When i put the movie files on my computer i was disappointed to find out it takes in Quick time format (MOV) and when i attempt to play the video i get a message reading:
Install Apple application support
First i thought maybe i can just get a converter but every mov-anything program is a fucking ripoff or costs something. Any ideas how to fix this?
I also need to be able to convert it to mpeg or wmv so i can edit the videos.
btw, i’m using Windows XP sp2
PS. the included software, mediaimpressions, sucks and just makes my computer run slow as shit

It also converts between all audio formats including MP3, MP2, AAC, AC3, WAV, MID, MIDI, WMA, M4A, RA, RAM, OGG, APE, AU, FLAC .
