Question by happy anime gal: What are some good free or cheap animation movie programs?
Hi
I really like animation and in school we were learning about it and i love drawing and making my own movies. I just want 2-D and I want somthing that is :
easy,fun,free or very cheap.
please say somthing if you know of somthing and please dont say IDK!! Thank you for helping me!!
