What are the pros and cons of jailbreaking my iPod touch?

Question by Jake: What are the pros and cons of jailbreaking my iPod touch?
I have an iPod touch 2nd gen with like 7 pages of apps and almost 300 songs and some movies and tv shows. If those factors make any difference then tell me but I want to know the basics plus anything that could concern my iPod’s content.

Pros: you can use cydia which is similar to app store that has customized apps that you can’t find on app store. You can change themes on your ipod, keyboards, etc. If you jailbreak the ipod touch, there are apps in cydia that allow you to download videos from youtube directly to your ipod, and you can sync and control your music, movies between the ipod touch and computer in a different way (through winscp if you know what i mean). I can’t think of other things right now but those are what I’ve experienced when I jailbreaked my iPhone (same thing as ipod touch).
Cons: you can mess up your ipod if the jailbreaking process goes wrong and you have to redo and restore it several times. Anything can happen!
