I am an anime artist and so far I’m working with photoshop. I want to be a japanese anime movie director and artist so i need to make movies with animation 😀 please give me a link for program to use i would GREATLY appreciate it 🙂

I would say windows movie maker because you can use it to begin with.
But if you want to make better videos i would use Vegas Pro.
