What is a good progam/software to make a video?

Question by The Ultimate Twilighter: What is a good progam/software to make a video?
I already know Vegas Pro 8 so I need other options becasue i think Vegas Pro is to complicated to use maybe becasue i am not a professional so what I am really asking is :what program/software easy to make movies/videos using a computer?
