What is a good program for making short animated comics movies?
Question by 1980 something: What is a good program for making short animated comics movies?
Wanting something kind of easy to start out with, but with the capability to do advanced functions as I progress. The company I work for will purchase so I’m good to about $ 1500. It is important that most of the functions can be self taught .

I’d like to know too, im using freeze frames with a crappy windows media thing.. but i work with what i got ! 😀
