What is a good quality video camera?

Question by : What is a good quality video camera?
I am looking to make a music video and i need it to look professional, so the audio on the camera and quality have to be amazing, and it needs to be at around 200 dollars (from ebay or craigslist) , it could be a big camera as long as it has excellent quality. needs to be able to plug into the computer to be uploaded onto youtube, i use windows movie maker but i don’t mind downloading an editing software.

I love canons, they are pricey, but if you find them used or even on sale amazing quality. I used them for all the videos I made in high school. I was in an audio visual class at a technical school. Also sony vegas is a decent movie edit software for a PC. For a Mac final cut pro. Happy video making.
