Movies made now seem to use a lot of sets, fake breasts, gore, and the cheap loud noise scared the teenager half to death techniques in horror films making them well, suck.

We all know the best horror movies are the ones where the killers face is never seen, the main actor is unknown, the victim is helpless, the environment lacks proper lighting, the scares catch you by surprise, and you think it’s based on an actual event and that it could easily happen to you once you leave the theater.
But with an unlimited budget, your choice of actors and time to make a great horror film, which way would you go about it?
