I was just wondering what movie making/editing software big movie makers use, such as Disney and pixar and universal. Thanks

Most full-blown Hollywood productions are edited on Final Cut Pro or Avid. As far as movie *making* software goes, there are hundreds of programs that will do thousands of jobs such as compositing, color correction, modeling, rendering, etc. Smoke, Shake, Flame, Renderman, Inferno, Massive, and a million in-house software packages that aren’t available to the public are just a few.
