i make runescape videos but am trying to find a way to add voice to my charicters. is there a program i can download (FOR FREE) to make voices for them?

If you are using Windows XP or Vista, you can try their Text-to-Speech applications for a syntesized voice.

Another alternative is a free program called Audacity, with which you may record your own voice and then modify the speed and pitch to obtain a new voice altogether.
