I’ve got Media Now CD & DVD burning suite, but it’s not as elaborate as I want. I need something (other than a Mac) to help me make movies from clips that I have.

I use Adobe Premire Elements 4.0
Simple and really not much of a hassle…
or you could use Adobe Premire, it’s got a steeper learning curve but this is a professional software 🙂
