I wanted to make a tutorial video and perhaps uploading it on youtube..
the question is what software should I use and how to shorter a 30 minute video to 10 minute video? I’ve tried window movie maker but fail to shorten the play time..

I’m not familiar with free editors. I use video edit magic, which can do that. ∠°)
