It was about two brothers. They went to summer camp and one was a counselor. The older one picked on the younger one by making him a cake out of cardboard and throwing him in the lake. There was a kid at the camp with the nickname “Rat king” or “rat face”. At the beginning of the film, the older one worked in an ice house I think. I thought it was called “A summer to remember” but I don’t think that was it…
