Question by Amanda: What’s a good free movie making program for? (10 points)?
I enjoy making short movies and/or music videos. I currently use IMovie, but it can only do so many things. The biggest thing it can’t do is that it can’t change the speed of a movie clip. What’s a good free movie making program?
