What’s a good Movie Making software?

Question by ls96: What’s a good Movie Making software?
I have Windows Movie Maker but its really not that good and can’t do much. I’m looking to upgrade and I’m not afraid to spend a little cash. I’m looking for something that will put clips together and that you can download music to – but more advanced than Movie Maker.
