Question by Matt: Whats good software to make a movie from a comic strip?
Does anyone know of a good video program I can use to make a short movie splicing together my own comic strips? I need to have the ability to make the strips move in different directions, zoom in/out, add background sound effects and music and hopefully have some filters to add effects to the strips, such as a shaking motion.
