Question by Tivona W: what’s the best and cheapest program to create movies on the computer?
i wanna do some animation stuff but all i have is windows movie maker, which, as everyone knows, sux. so im wondering if there are any free movie making programs, with a guarantee that it wont mess up my computer with a virus or anything.

if that’s not possible, what is the cheapest one that i can buy? one that would be worth it to buy, of course, but isn’t expensive.

try adobe movie maker.
