Hi, I’m interested in making short flash movies (most likely one minute, maybe two minutes at most) and I was wondering what is the best software that is free.
I’ve heard of toufee and powerbullet and was wondering which, or any others in that case, are the most efficient and will give good results.
I am willing to learn some scripting/coding whatever you want to call it if it is necessary.

Adobe Flash CS3/CS4/CS5 is very powerful, but it maybe too professional to beginners. You can try some “Free flash movie maker” by searching at Google. That will be easy. Seems Toufee is a choice for you.
