I don’t care if it’s free or not. I would like a program that I can cut scenes from other videos and piece them together and add song to go w/ it. And is kinda easy to understand.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/
Sony Vegas Pro 9 http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/vegaspro
All professional programs with lots of depth and feature packed.
(For something a lot simpler, just use Windows Movie Maker. Can be found on WinXp,Vista in all programs, under the start menu)
