What’s The Best Software For Creating Movies?

Question by LBI Chick: What’s The Best Software For Creating Movies?
For making Music Videos with effects and such.
Windows Movie Maker has really been a a pain lately, Freezing every 2 seconds.
And I’ve heard of something called Adobe Premium, But I haven’t been able to find much about it.

Anyone know of any easy, cheap, or just good software?
