What’s the best way to render video in Sony Vegas Movie Studio?

Question by Gus: What’s the best way to render video in Sony Vegas Movie Studio?
Out of all the rendering options, I’m not sure which is best. It seems like the only way to get decent video is through the NTSC DV Widescreen option as an AVI, but that makes the files HUGE! What should I do??

The best option will depend on what you want to do with the video and what format you’ve started with. If we know those we can give you a more complete answer. In general, the more compression you use the more the quality suffers.
