Question by miamivice4: When I do anything on my Ipod touch, it stops it and goes back to the home screen.?
When i do anything (try to listen to music, go to videos, do internet, even go to settings) my ipod touch stops the music, movie, etc. and goes back to the home screen. Please help!!!

P.S. I have the january software update, the one that gives weather, mail, notes, maps, etc. if that makes any difference.

try letting the battery die out and then recharge it to max and try again. If that doesn’t work, you can try to return it if you bought a warrenty.
