Question by Lord Jelly: When talking about scripts for television does 1 page in a script equal to 1 min., when it is double spaced?
For instance:
A guy walks into a bar.
Guy:
Can someone help me please, I’ve been in a car accident!
There is no reaction found. The guy has a pause of amazement.

Set up your screenplay in proper format: slug lines, description, dialogue. For instance, what you’ve written above would be:
INT BAR – NIGHT
Typical bar biker bar: pool tables, loud music, bikers and biker chicks.
Guy stumbles in.
GUY
Can someone help me please? I’ve been in a car accident!
No reaction from anyone in the bar.
