When you download a movie from a service you’ve subscribed to is that copyright infringement?
Question by : When you download a movie from a service you’ve subscribed to is that copyright infringement?
You will not be selling it or charging admission or making any copies. If it is, how can these services get away with it? And how come more “owners” of these movies don’t band together and stop those service companies. The person who downloads it shouldn’t be held responsible – but how can you find out who originally made that movie available for downloading?

If it is a subscription service, I am sure that it is legal and that they pay a fee to the owners of the copyrights.
