Where can I learn how to write startup scripts?

Question by DWDrummer: Where can I learn how to write startup scripts?
I have WIN2k3 and a local domain setup. I am trying to learn how to create startup scripts and can’t find a good site for step by step instructions. Any help would be great.

When I was a Windows administrator a few years ago, I found this book very helpful:

Now, I was using it on Windows 2000 systems, but it was a pretty good tutorial. You can get used copies cheap on Amazon.
