Where do I get other movie making programs other than WMM?

Question by Rex Renagade: Where do I get other movie making programs other than WMM?
I’m tired of using Windows Movie Maker cause I’m using sprites not real pictures and I need something that won’t blur jpegs and bitmaps!

Any suggestions I really need help!!!

My favorite Movie editing program is Adobe Premiere Elements 7, it cost’s around $ 100.
Also the reason why the sprites are blurring is because they are small images so finding bigger picture might help.
