I need to know who I need to get into contact with to become a movie actor in Hollywood. I am not expecting to make it big right away but my goal is to one day be one of the big stars. I love acting for acting so I will give it my all. What all do I need to have a chance and what should I read up on since I am completely lost on the whole actors business.

well where are you at right now? (also how old are you?) Is it actually a career for you yet or just a dream still – if you have not yet, you should definitely get in touch with some local directors – maybe try getting parts in some 48 film festival competitions (these are great for acting ‘portfolios’ as it shows how well you can do with not so many takes…)
Before a Hollywood career you should work on getting a lot of local films done, and then maybe some not so local independent films. Check out your local listings for actors wanted, or find some online…
If you’ve already been there done that then the best thing you can have to even consider making it in Hollywood are CONNECTIONS – if you have any relatives, friends in the business (maybe agents, actors, directors, producers)… otherwise you might get lost in the thousands of other ‘hopefuls’..
