It is best to not send it to anyone, rather give it to someone by hand. In which case an actor, director, producer or anyone with some clout in the industry could be helpful.
If you must send the script. Check to see which production companies make the kind of movies your script fits with. Then make sure the company accepts unsolicited scripts. Then send the script, with a one page treatment (basically a synopsis of the story), to the assistant of the Executive.
An executive is too busy to read it and it will become a paper weight then trash. An assistant will be excited to have received it and more likely to read it. If they like it they will take it to their boss.
A few tips before you submit the script. Make sure the formatting is correct. I recommend it be no longer than 120 pages or most will not read it. Make sure to have it copyrighted or filed with the WGA (if you don’t do this and they steal it you can’t do anything about it).
Good luck man, hope this helps…
