Who do you contact if you think you have a great movie plot idea?

Question by Well la-di-da: Who do you contact if you think you have a great movie plot idea?
I’ve never had any thing to do with movies, making of movies, writing, etc….but I think I have a good plot for a movie. What would you need to do if you really wanted it heard just out of curiosity? I’m sure it’s near impossible unless you are already well known in Hollywood…..
