Ok, so i’ve had this problem for a while now and it’s making me mad. I have a movie on my computer and it is in MPEG-4 format. I have read the online manuals and it should work fine. Anyway, I have a 3001 Sony PSP with 6.2 firmware. When I plug in my PSP to my computer, I open up the file folder and then go to the Videos folder. I then Paste the movie into the folder and wait untill it is finished (The file is around 550 MB). Then, I remove my PSP and go to the video folder. When I get there I find a file that says Unsupported Data.
I have been scratching my head so hard that i’ve reached my brain! The funny thing is that I have other videos in the same format in the same folder and play perfectly. Is it the file size or is it just me and my PSP? PLEASE HELP ME!!! If your answer works you’ll make my day, scratch that, my week!!!

i dont think so its because of file size, make sure it is open with quick player that could be a problem or you can watch this video. in this video person showing how to put videos on psp.
