ANAHEIM, Calif. — “Star Wars” fans who enjoy the Disney attraction Star Tours — a motion simulator ride that puts park guests in a spacecraft and gives the illusion of rocketing them into the “Star Wars” universe — may have wondered why the ride wasn’t updated sooner.
