I used an MP3 in my video, and now that it’s over, I’d like to continue with the audio from my video… does that make sense? >_<
I stopped the MP3 where it needed to be stopped and now I want to continue the audio from the video rather than using an MP3...

With the Timeline view showing, just split the video where you have it stopped.
Clip Menu -> Split
Now you can turn the audio from the video back on for that part of the new clip. Just RIGHT click the audio track and choose from the menu.
