I had this problem a long time ago, but it somehow went away, I don’t know how it happened, but now WMM is back to being up to no good. I won’t save out any of my video files. . .even tho as a whole its small, I’ve even tried doing just a few pictures. . .I use it mainly for slide show videos. . .Anyway, I’ve tried reinstalling it, which doesn’t work, I’ve tried doing the service pack things. . .it doesn’t work. . .I’ve restored to an earlier date, because just a couple weeks ago, it was working fine!! I’ve tried changing virtual memory, changing processing focus to background or w/e, but that didn’t work, I’ve tried breaking the video into smaller parts and it still doesn’t work!! I’m going crazy!!! I have to make a slide show for my niece’s birthday, and its all done and looks so nice, but it won’t make a movie for me!! I feel like I’m going nuts cuz nothing is working! Is there something I haven’t tried? Is there a surefire fix to all this?? Is there a program that works the same way, but not such a pain in the @$ $ ???? PLZ HELP!!
I dont understand this stupid program,I’ve done the registry repair/cleaner thing thats supposed to fix the stupid thing, ive made it as tiny as it can possibly be, and it still won’t make the movie! There has to be some crazy computer genious that can solve this problem! Honestly, Microsoft shouldn’t be allowed to strap stupid programs into the operating system . . .if i could just delete it and reinstall, all would be well. . .I’d hope!

Right click on movie maker and then highlight run as administrator to see if that doesn’t work. If not, do you have roxi creator, it makes slides.Windows media player will also make movies/slides.
