Windows XP doesn’t start?
Question by Samantha <3: Windows XP doesn’t start?
So I have an EeePC 900HA.
Basics:
I click the power button.
It goes to the black screen with the diffent modes.
I click Start Windows Normally.
The logo with the loading bar comes up.
It completes a full loading bar thing then does another one 3/4 of the way.
A blue screen flashes really fast.
Then goes back to the black screen with the modes on it.
This happens with all the other modes as well.
Please help!!
(Additional perhaps unneccessary detail)
I was making a video on Windows Movie Maker.
Tried to save it.
Error message came up (something about making sure there was enough room and that the files were still there)
I tried several times.
Restarted the computer.
What happened before this paragraph happened.
Took out the battery with the charger still in.
Tried without the charger in as well.
HELP! 10 points!
Safe mode doesn’t work. =[

Answer by You may be right
go into safe mode and then use system restore, and that should fix it, if not then you have a serious problem. could be bad memory too, but try the system restore
