I need to take out the sound and add a monotone voice (I’m making a documentary for school). I also need to do a bunch of editing. Is there a tool that will make our voices monotone? Or anything similar to that. And is it good for editing? If not, what’s a free one you recommend? Thanks :).

well you can do a narration and probably add it to your video.
