I got really good grades this year and my mom is rewarding me. This summer I made a cartoon using microsoft paint and windows movie maker. She asked me what are some cartoon-making programs I’d be interested in but I don’t really know any. Please help.

I’ve used it for years, couldn’t imagine using a different one 🙂 You can get right in there are get drawing frames and export high quality movies, suitable for YouTube.
