Quick guide on how to make a low budget, good quality espresso. I’ve used a Bialetti Elegance Venus. It works the same as all other moka expresses. Tips: – Use finely ground coffee (grinder is not required) – Use quality coffee (I use Gayo Blue Mountain in this video) – Gas-flame is better, but I can only cook on electricity – Tight is tight! It does have rubber seals. – Size is everything. You can’t make more or less espresso than the size of the unit. This unit is for 2 espresso cups. Enjoy!
