I would say that fear is the most driving force.Almost all women that have abortions regret it afterwards. It’s kida like a birthday,You live it every year afterwards. The counceling they get comes at a very emotional time. They are desperate at times. The baby is said tobe just a fleshy mass, and has no feelings. So the issue of it being life is negated. They are told it’s there body and it’s what they should do.Life today is no longer importaint.Theres no remorse for death of the unknown. We’ve been desensitized to death by images on tv and movies. When you see it all around you you become numb to it.Society hase so down played abortion that is considered normal.Planned parent hood never suggests other alternitives because it’s a money making bussines.Adoption is never suggested.Other cultures have differing opinions of life. Some feel girls are a burden on them.Due to the fact they don’t have the abillity to work like boys do.So thier life is less meaningful.Relion play some part in this as well.Only a few see it as murder of innocent life.Others see it as a means to an end.Not to discrase the family.I know in America as some other western countries it most common, and accepted. Some use it as birth controll. You’ve asked a very charged question!
