Question by house: Movie editing help. Crop out sections of every frame of movie.?
Like I have this movie, but the top and bottom of it is just black rectangles, and i want to watch it on my phone, where the black boxes still count as part of the video, therefore making it very small and hard to watch. So is there a software or anyway to cut out a part of every frame of that movie?
