In the beginning of the movie when they show the title of the movie they made that transforming animation sequence making the title. Hoe can I make that?

A combination of 3D graphics and post-processing. You can buy the software to do this yourself, but it’s expensive and you generally need to be fairly good at that kind of work to be able to make best use of it.
Still, there are some people who have produced amateur efforts which are very good. Check on YouTube for “3d robot”, and also go download the first and second episodes of Transformers:Redemption for examples.
