Best way is to find an agent to do the selling for you. Most producers ro theatres will nto consider much that is not either from an agent, or at least a writer well know to the producers.
Submit it areound, send copies, join Dramatists Guild, they have lots of helpful advice and useful forms and contract, not to mention plenty of networking.
