Merchandising question?

My question revolves around machinima. I’ve searched online a bit for an answer to this question, but I can find no straight answer. For those of you who don’t know, machinima is the art of making movies inside of games (filming gameplay and composing it like a movie). Specifically, what I create is in a game called Garry’s Mod. My question is: Would it be legal for me to sell merchandise with my company’s name on it, even though the company itself creates movies that may be copyright infringing? The merchandise would not have any of the copyright infringing material on it, nor would it allude to any such material. It would just be a company logo. Thank you for your help!
