Unless you go the independent route and finance, write, direct and star in your own production, there is no chance that someone else would take a chance on your ambitions. The odds against you getting a producer to even look at a script from someone who has no writing credits is remote at best, the odds against a producer deciding to let an unknown direct and star in a movie from that unknown’s original script are even higher. Realistically, a producer won’t take a chance on an inexperienced director period, much less let an inexperienced director star in and direct a movie is about as great as the chances of someone winning the New York State Lottery and the Irish Sweepstakes in the morning, and being struck by lightning in the afternoon, and then discovering a cure for every known disease in the evening. Don’t count on it happening, and don’t count on any part of that scenario happening either.
It’s nice to have dreams, but your’s is pretty far removed from reality. Your best chance to accomplish the impossible would be to study both theater (to learn how to act) and film and television courses (to learn the fundamentals of script writing and film directing). After proving yourself a triple threat by working your way up through the television food chain, and making some made-for-television movies that are well received, you might find a producer who would take you seriously. Maybe. No matter what you decided to do, I advise you to learn some sort of trade, so you will be able to support yourself if all of your plans fall through.
